The Marketplace Company Limited (M-co) reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, and you are deemed to be aware of, and bound by, the amendments to these Terms upon publication on the M-co Website. We recommend that you review the Terms periodically.
All materials displayed on the M-co Website, including (without limitation) all texts, graphics, names, logos and trademarks on the M-co Website (the Content) are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. All rights, titles and interests in the Content are exclusively owned, licenced or controlled by M-co or the party credited as the provider of the content.
Nothing in these Tems can be construed as granting to you ownership or, or any other rights or interests in, the Content and the M-co Website.

In these circumstances, M-co will endeavour to minimise the level of interruption as much as reasonably practicable.
M-co is not obliged to provide access to the M-co Website and its Content, or to perform any other obligations under these Terms, to the extent that it is prevented from doing so by events beyond its reasonable control, including (without limitation) industrial disputes, failures by Suppliers and/or loss of power or other essential services.
You may have access and use of the M-co Website and its Content for your business and for yor personal use and information only. M-co grants to you a limited, non-exclusive licence to view, copy, reproduce, reformat and print the Content for your non-commercial, internal business purpose.
All copies of the Content that you make must retain all copyright and other notices that are on the version on the M-co Website.
Except as provided in the previous provisions, you must not copy, store, use, modify, transmit, revise, reverse engineer, publish, reproduce, display or create a derivative work from, distribute, sell, licence or otherwise transfer any of the Contents to a third party (including, without limitation, other third parties within your organisation) for commercial use or otherwise without M-co's prior written permission. M-co may (in its sole discretion) terminate your access to, and use of, the M-co Website at any time if it believes that you have breached this term or any other Terms.
You will be responsible for your own interpretation and use of the Contents, including all conclusions, opinions, recommendations and forecasts that you develop as a result of using the Content.
The M-co Website includes links to external websites. These links are provided to help you access additional information quickly and easily. M-co accepts no responsibility for the quality, accuracy, completeness and reliability of the content on these external websites.
